Definitely Modern Warfare 2. Appears to be a good game, but highly overrated and certainly not worth the hype. In my opinion.

It has great freedom and decent "real-time" combat, which is better than a bunch of numbers determining wether you hit or miss. However, the stories (main and side quests) is absolutely horrible. The dialogue is a bunch of crap and the voice-"acting" is cringe-worthy. The fact that the same lousy handfull voice actors provides the voices for all of the characters in the game, even the important ones, combined with boring and repeated dialogue and worthless, unimaginative quests takes away the whole experience and somehow manage to make the world seem lifeless - despite the fact that there are A LOT of unique characters. Also, the animations are fucking bad, especially the facial ones which further detracts from the experience.
Next time Bethesda should hire som writers that actually deserves to call themselves writers, kick the terrifyingly bad voice actors and focus more on quality than quantity.

The fuck? Be-a-fucking-utiful graphics and masterful physics. And the rest just sucks. Bad. Some say that it's more of a tech demo than a game. I think that's stretch, but "no smoke without fire". The second half of the game with the aliens is particularly bad. I just hope a good game developer will acquire a license to use the CryEngine. 2012 + GTA 5 (or why not Mafia 3) + CryEngine 2. Mind-boggling.
All the CoD series, or any war game, pretty much.

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. Biggest piece of shit I ever played. It felt like I was sliding across the ground, the combat was cumbersome.. Fallout 3 didn't turn my head, either.
I was going to say Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess for a 3rd noted game, but i'm having a hard time even remembering it.

Also kids at my school slave over the iPhone/iTouch PocketGod and KittenJump games etc..
Some of the games in the App Store are a good time killer but most are complete shit, it randomly doesn't ask you for you password so you end up buying WaW: Zombies; an overrated zombie fps on the iPhone with shitty graphics and gameplay.
