No, you are supposed to play with a Saiga and a pistol of your choice. Fletchettes and slugs.

Or just swap out the shotgun for a sniper rifle in places like the Red Forest. Using dart rounds in the shotgun makes it as accurate as the pistol, though.

I love the saiga for the easy ammo type switching. If you're fully loaded with buckshot on a chaser, switching to fletchettes or slugs is gonna be hell.

But whatever. I just like the feel of the chaser, even if the viewmodel always seems to point slightly above the crosshair.

I try not to use the inventory in battle, seems kinda dumb rummaging through your backpack in a firefight.

Also best keys for bandage & medkit are G and H. J is for dropping stuff. B for next fire mode. Otherwise I think I use the standard layout.

I have quick bandage and medkit set to mouse buttons :v:
And yes, Y changes ammo, but a non-clip based weapon like the chaser needs to be unloaded before you can put new ammo in.
Am I the only one that hates the LURK hud?
I never really liked the OL one to begin with, but dropping the background on the health bar was just uncalled for.
INFERNO 2 has some fucking sexy huds though.

FFFF, i could run vanilla stalker soc maxed with no problems but in lurk i get around 10 fps unless i disable dynamic lightning, what were the tricks to make it run better? :C

Check to see if gunsplosion is there.
woot I got stalker running at 105 fps on my MacBook! it now averages at 76fps. then again it it's running on. medium/high at 1280x800 with static lighting :smile:
I'll post a pic or video showing the fps later, I'm at school right now :smug:
So, anyone got a decent working Bar save? Around the time you first meet Barkeep or a little bit afterwards? :/
