Russian fantasy is awesome, just look at Cryostasis
foreign games seem to be the only good games coming out anymore.
Games developed by fairly small teams, small enough to still give creative ideas a chance but big enough to ensure quality , seem to be the best ones.

Sure, good call on that one though. I totally forgot about the other one, and the current one looks hideous, like overly contrasted with a barf-like camo pattern.

The SVD said it used a PSO-1 scope, but it actually used the sniper scope. So I made Sid (and maybe the barman, can't remember) sell the sniper scope and changed the attachment description for the SVD and added a description for the sniper scope.
Just installed new patch and started a new game. It crashes no more! Thanks!

Sounds like I have my terminology mixed. Regardless the scope is available for purchase, as is all of the attachments as of recently.
