If sierly is dead than make sure mole stays alive, If mole dies, just find the flashdrive in streloks group stash, and the game will pick up the missions from there.

You're only supposed to carry 40 Kgs of stuff before not being able to move but due to a bug in the beta LURK you could carry 90, the bug is fixed.
LURK is rather easy. I did the first quest, got two chasers off the bandits, sold them, went to the tower in the abandoned mill near the military checkpoint, sniped them all with my pistol, found Guides body and sold all the guns to Sidorovich. Oh man this is piss easy.
Also Master difficulty.
