[SP] You start out as a Expert Stalker who has been in the Zone before and now returns, there's a small movie showing what happened in chernobyl "explosion chernobyl blabla" wierd mutants and all.
Some army was dispatched to the Zone because of some codenamed mission, but they didn't return.
Well not sure if it's the final version of the game but you just start out in the forest and that's it, didn't check the missions and the grahpic's look awful, probably because of I didn't tone up or it's just buggy.[/SP]

i've got a good enough pc Nvidia 9800 GT.
Dual Core CPU and I set the graphics on maximum, although I'll try to tinker again don't really have time now.
Average fps is 130 for some reason and the res is 1280 x 720 because if i set it 1280 x XXXX the screen goes off.

The way they set it up pretty much guaranteed that he'd die, seeing as how he's there in the beginning of the game and all hell can go through that area

I think I'll be getting the Russian Version of CoP. It'll be useful, since I really need to brush up my Russian skills.

the reason why you have the good gear is because you have been dispatched and you play as an expert stalker who was in the zone before
