Supreme Commander has normal sized units, and huge special units like aircraft carriers, giant UFOs and huge robots. And huge, manly cannons on UEF side. :v:
Total Annihilation
Big enough?
Not big enough, needs to be bigger, Emperor Titan size or bigger. Castigator size would be better
i don't mean a large amount i mean big guys.
If you really want big guys, just go to prison.
Homeworld 2!
Love this game. It's so fun to have a battlecruiser fleet just charge in to their mothership and rap the living hell out of it. Company of Heroes to some extent. The game is realistically scaled, but it works out just great.
Old game, but Warlords Battlecry 3 is still a pretty fun game. http://www.enlight.com/wbc3/ Picture http://www.enlight.com/wbc3/screenshot/WBC3_Nov_ScreenD.htm Also has 16 different races to play, and you can create an unique hero with one of alot of classes, and you have alot of spells and armor. Every creature can level up aswell and get better stats, you can even take a few creatures with you to the next battle. Rise of Legends. Kind of an underrated game but there is some large scale units.
Supreme Commander has realistically scaled units, if that's what you're asking.
Nah, theres no sense of scale in SupCom. You just feel like your playing with regular sized robots. If they had added a human unit, which was just ground troops, you would be able to see the scale.
Universe at war?
Yeah, Universe at War has all these giant walkers.
Company Of hero's

Supreme Commander certainly has a diverse scale of units, ranging from tiny little scout units to giant laser-spewing mega-robots. But the sense of super-size is dampened a bit by the sheer scale of the landscape. Also X3 isn't really an RTS but it's a space sim where you can own more than one ship, building a fleet of warships and smashing things with it. But unlike an RTS the interface really is too slow to issue orders in real time, and you can't take over land. There are however a few mods, some very good, that let you take over sectors by destroying all the stations in them.
X3 I guess. Kinda RTS.
Ahahaha. No.
The Star Wars Warlords mod for Homeworld 2 has some really big ships, and I really mean big. And yeah, I know it's an old thread, but I'm sure someone else could be interested just like the OP.
