Are You A Video Game Hoarder? - Games

I have every MGS game. All of them. Even Ghost Babel. I don't even own a PSP.

I'm terrible for hoarding games. If I see a game on for cheap I instantly think MUST HAVE. Just today I saw Dawn of war and Dark Crusade for 4.99 each at Zellars. Got those suckers installing. I have games for the Genesis, PS1, Xbox, Gameboy Colour, PSP, PS3, 360, PC, Dos. I used to have NES and SNES but I was a dumb 10 year old and gave them all away :(

I hoard games in waves. It's odd, because I'll get rid of some games because I don't play them, but shortly after selling them, I'll want to play them again.

I've never turned in a single game. I have so many. The only one I ever traded in was Fable and it remains as a huge regret. also woohoo someone has the saboteur up there.

I only buy games if I'm actually going to play them. That and with shitty Australian internet, it's difficult to buy a game on steam and play it in the same month.

I have a 10 foot tall bookcase loaded to the brim with PS2 games. I only play two of those games every once and a while. But I will never, ever get rid of them.

I sold several of my N64 games to one of my old asshole friends. Broke off all connection to that mother fucker. I've seriously considered breaking in to that little cunts house and taking them back.

I'd say yeah. Some I pick up on sales though so it's not a bad thing. I hoard steam games more than others, like I bought the THQ pack, mainly because I wanted Red Faction G and it was the same price for the full thing. I play that and Titan Quest from the pack, but I'll never touch warhammer or juiced. I don't sell any of my old games, mostly because you get next to nothing for them. Having them in case you want to play them is worth more to me than a couple bucks. And I have gone back and played some of them, and people might want to borrow them or something.

I keep all my games, I think roughly now I have over 60 different titles across 4 different platforms. Most of which I have finished. One rule I make is I have to finish the game, Finishing the game counts as seeing the credits at the end. Its a good rule as it essentially ensures you play all your games, and doesn't leave any out. If I want to buy a new title I have to make sure I finish it. EDIT: I also keep an updated list on Gamespot, quite handy if you ask me. [IMG]http://i.imgur.com/f9LsX.png[/IMG]
