I think it's emailed to you.
Every time I try to keep the steam updating window up so it doesn't stop updating, it cuts out and says "This game isn't available at the time." then it's downloading halts and returns to 0%.

No clue. It's a steam download. I get from 30 to 100 kb/s now and I am at 40 %.

It's going at 178kb/sec for me, and it's done 8% in about half a minute.

Ok, if anybody is getting that the servers are to busy or that you must relogin, go the the steam folder and rename clientregistry.blob to clientregistry_old.blob, it is working for me now.
Also, it gave me some problems login in at first, but now it's working, if it really won't work even after a while, just delete the "_old" from the file you renamed.

This is fucking bullshit. Every single major release and Steam dies completely. Only this time, I can barely fucking log in and when I do I get "Ticket expired" and it won't let me log in again.

=S sorry dude, I'm currently stealing 600kb/s a sec from steam, dropped from 1mb/s to 100kb/s and now its back up again, but its very temperamental. oh yea, its gone completely, and its back at 50 kb/s shiiit, I'm not going to be able to play tonight =( bloody hell, knew I should have a got a retail version.
It's even more sad that usually it TRIES to download for a second or two before informing me that it's broken completely but this time I click on the "Launch" button (Because I was downloading at an acceptable speed of 200kb/s for 20 minutes before my brother clicked the wire out again with his retarded 7 year old fat feet) and it instantly pops up with the "Fuck, it broke the servers again" message.
