Oh great, I was at 3% (after an hour) and it stopped DL'ing, so I paused and rusemd the updating, and it starts from 0% again, damnit.
Also, if anybody else is still DL'ing, how fast do you get? Mine struggles to keep it at 60 kb/s.

The world map is incredibly fun. I am playing the campaign of america and currently started the fight for Boston.
The outsourcing of certain buildings is VERY good and gives you quite a few strategic advantages when you destroy the enemies stuff but also forces you to go out, the AI is always sending little armies into your territory trying to cause havok. Bastards.
The sea-fights... well I just don't have the hang of it yet, I usually end up better doing an automated battle.
Also cool is how certain farms influence the worlds prices. I started with a tobacco farm as the prices were awesome but after around 15 rounds I barely got anything ftom it. Had to destroy a few Huron-Territory thingies to rise the prises. Awesome.
Also the AI is trying to break sieges VERY often.
Now I started the fight for boston,I have to defeat bunker hill which is quite cool but hard as you are almost surrounded by Brits. I'll see.
Didn't try the great campaign yet.

I'm getting 150KB/s, slow compared to my normal 1MB/s I usually get from Steam. 14% will be done tomorrow evening at this rate.

Look at it on the steam page. It has a metascore of 93, higher than EP2, EP1, TF2, L4D, Portal, Rome Total War, and Medieval 2 Total War.
