It's missing at least one cover. Mine is same as the general cover except it has France and Prussia on the right side.

Pretty much everywhere... Steam is v. expensive these days, £40 is quite a lot IMO.
I got the Special Forces edition on play.com for £32. Reasonable.

Am I the only one who plays really slowly, I've clocked about 16 hours in one play through, and I'm only at around 1708 or so, not to mention I'm starting a new game, again.
Started a new one and headed straight to India, having smaller numbers got my arse kicked, and I forgot Indians utilized elephant cavalry, I'm considering the playing the Maratha's just to try those out.
Slow and steady style, until something makes the games length longer.
I play pretty slowly too, yesterday, i played form like 2:30 to 7:30 and only made 10 turns, although i spent an hour bombing a fort

Ooh, those crafty developers. I think, personally, that the British and General boxes look best, because the others repeat the same flag twice on the same side of the box, for General you have the American vs British war represented and for the British one, it's the naval flag in the background.
Yeah I noticed that too when I walked into a store and saw the copies had the American flag on them and thought, wait, wasn't it a British flag?
Heh, my new run is seemingly taking the piss, I set up trade with all the other nations and built a huge army to move on India, and instantly put my starting rake onto the nearby ship, making a fair few grand a turn, and I put Isaac Newton in Cambridge right away.
I arrived on mainland America in Georgia again, this time taking Georgia was much easier, I took 3 losses and made 240 kills, took Florida with a few more casualties on my side, but oddly around the same number of kills on the enemy.
I arrive in India and get close enough to one of the cities I wish to invade, and they have larger numbers than me, larger than my last attempt on India, I'm going to attack right away next time I play, I might risk using my Rake to sabotage something or assassinate their general before I move in, but he's a novice, and I'm positive he'll fail, training assassins used to be so much easier.
