If they decide to finish TF2 updates in their entirety before releasing or announcing a new game past L4D2, we're never going to see another game from Valve for a long ass time.

They're gonna do Portal 2 before Ep3, which will have something to do with the Borealis probably, to provide more to the HL2 storyline before Ep3. I'm guessing: Portal 2: 2010-2011, HL2:E3 December 21, 2012.
