Sim City 4 is fun, I am going to reinstall it now. :D And Tropico, Stronghold, Civilization III or IV.
Age of Empires 3
Sims games
World of Warcraft. [editline]02:21AM[/editline] Which Sim City game is this?
simcity 4 deluxe edition (although reg is fine, deluxe is totally worth it.) yay my city now has 1 million people, and my region has 1,283,000 people (total)
Nethack. It NEVER gets old.
World of Goo.
flash games like stormwinds dogfight 2 more zombies crush the castle friendly fire sonny 2
Adom
You've played Oblivion. Give Morrowind a go. Much more hardcore, not horribly dumbed down like Oblivion. Magic and enchanted items are much more awesome it it. There are all sorts of fun spells that were sadly removed in Oblivion. Play it for a while. Run up along the road from Seyda Neen (start villiage). Something funny and notable will happen. Take the magic scrolls and cast one. Run and jump. You will be hooked.
Elona, it's like Adom with anime-ish graphics, though it's a matter of opinion if it's better than Adom.
openTTD. Once you get into it, you'll waste days of your time perfecting junctions.
Something funny and notable will happen.
You will fall in love with the game once this happens.
So this is basically a "post your favourite games" thread?
Dark messiah Might and Magic if you havent played it.
So this is basically a "post your favourite games" thread?
Yes
Battlefield 2 singleplayer is my pet way of killing time.
Well, I've been playing sim city 4 about 10 hours each day, for 2 weeks (including my vacation to canada for thanksgiving), so if that isn't time wasting, what is.
openTTD. Once you get into it, you'll waste days of your time perfecting junctions.
This. You'll need TTD. It's abandonware, so just look around on google and you'll find it. Just go to any server, observe how they build their stations, junctions, etc. You'll master the game in no time.
Tropico Mount and Blade Neverwinter Nights Mass Effect Dwarf Fortress
This, one of the most underrated games ever. You play as "El Presidente" on a Caribbean Island starting in the Cold War. Basically The USSR and the USA will be funding you the more they like you, keeping both satisfied is very hard. The Communists wants everyone to have equal pay and a good house, The Capitalists wants more Industrial Jobs and doesn't really care about the pay. Tropico is not about Ruling Your Country it's about Not Getting Thrown of the Throne.
Any large scale strategy games like, you can control any country in the world and then try and invade others?
Hearts of Iron? I Recommend the Second one, third one is a bit... unpolished. Example, take over Europe as the Netherlands.
why dont you, instead of having to buy a new game just for the sake of borderlands, try and break a world record. try balancing five pennies on top of each other on the rim. that would be difficult, plus you'd probably spend weeks doing it. problem solved.

I didn't like it that much, I think if I played Morrowind before I had ever tried Oblivion the situation would be a lot different.
openTTD. I'll be checking some of these out :D
