How's the health of Space Marine multiplayer ?
Worth it, if focusing on MP, or it's pale in comparison to games like Tribes, TF2 ?

If you're talking population, I'd say it's pretty decent; I had no problem jumping into games a couple days ago.

Try purchasing through chrome instead, I can't even buy inside the steam client due to errors, but buying through my browser has been fine.
I'm highly considering purchasing The Witcher 2, but my rig is:
Nvidia 8800gt
Core 2 duo 3.0 ghz
3 gigs of ram

If you're new to Civ, start with Civ V, probably because you'll get the most playtime out of it with MP.
