But nothing at all during the summer sales? Makes sense.
Kotick doesn't need to make sense, he's rich.
I'm not interested in a single thing today. Should I get Metro 2033 then?
I bought Dead Rising 2 Off The Record when it was a flash sale, and the performance is all over the place. Inside I'll get 60+ fps, but it appears that the depth of field in the game kills my fps (~25) whenever I go outside. Anyone have any suggestions? Apparently you can hex edit the .exe to diable the DOF, but it'll only worked on a cracked version.

I haven't beaten it yet but I would wait for Amazon to possibly beat Steam's price again. It was $25 the other day.

Yes.
Even though Spec Ops: The Line has the gameplay of a standard cover-based shooter, it's well polished and feels solid, if a little behind the times. However, the story alone manages to push the game from being a standard shooter all the way to being a genuinely compelling experience with an ending that I won't soon forget.

Prefer him to TotalBiscuit

Damn, I'm going to have to pick this up in the winter sale or something. I've heard great things and I don't want it to be spoiled for me but it's still too expensive right now.

That guy has an annoying voice (in my opinion) that's why I chose TB :)
Is sniper elite worth $25? I was waiting for it to go on sale and it's on the flash sales. I would wait to see if it is on sale later on but I don't want to miss the chance.

I just went with the entire 2K collection
Its the same price as Spec Ops would be at full charge but gives you a bunch of other goodies like Civ 5, Darkness 2, Borderlands, Mafia 2 etc

How can you say that when TotalBiscuit's voice is totally put on?

It's $15 on amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Sniper-Elite-Online-Game-Code/dp/B008K2WRYC/ref=sr_1_2?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1342546997&sr=1-2&keywords=sniper+elite
It also activates on Steam.

It is on sale, a whole 10%, that's like the preorder price! Lol, in all seriousness it's a quirky and fun little game and I would be surprised to see it go more than -33% this soon.

Weird, Quantum Conundrum is still -10%. Must be an accident?
How can you say that when TotalBiscuit's voice is totally put on?
It's just my opinion dude :/
You know, the more I think about it the more I realize there is no reason to buy most of these now over the winter sale. I still haven't played through Bioshock which will likely take some time, I picked up Fallout 3 while it was on sale which I'm yet to touch, and I'm still working through the Deus Ex series.

I guess we have different tastes then. I like Nerd because he sorta plays similar games to me and he's funny. TB's voice is put-on and he comes across as self centered arsehole ... and he's not funny
But opinions none the less :v:
I buyed the soundtrack from The binding of Isaac. Why I buyed that.
Ok, I'll leave it to you guys. I'm going to be buying Spec Ops no matter what but should I:
- Buy Spec Ops on it's own, £20 (Agree)
- Buy 2K Collection. Bare in mind I already own Borderlands (with all DLC), BioShock 2, Mafia 2 (Disagree)
If you get giftable copies of the games you own from the 2K pack, I'll definately buy the pack regardless of the votes
And also, if you do get giftables I'll raffle one of them games away
Dat railworks 3
Bought trains for a friend and I. Time for hours of awesome scenery
