Is Simcity IV a good game? I've heard mixed things among my friends, and the Metacritic reviews are meh.

It's still the best city builder around. I've spent many many hours playing Sim City 4. Plus, there is a good mod community that produces tons of good quality buildings, vehicles, etc... to add to your cities.
for that price it dont matter how good it is

No I'm talking about when you first start up certain parts of the game there is a cutscene where she explains how everything works. And you can't skip it. It's annoying.

So while waiting for new flash deals I decided to play some FSX. After 30 minutes of preparation for take off, FSX freezes as I line up on the runway. I wanted to throw the whole PC out of the window.
