Bohemia are dicks, ARMA II is 3 years old and they are discounting it to 40% off, what the fuck. On previous sales it went on for like 75% off. This is all because of day-z which after a while isn't even that fun anymore.
Bohemia entered full greedy mode as soon as DayZ became popular.
"We'll make our games $5 during the Steam summer s- oh what's that? This mod one of our fellow dev members made breathed new life into our game? TIME TO CHARGE UP THE ASS AND MAKE OURSELVES SEEM GREEDY!"

I guess it's true what everyone says about Bohemia getting greedy thanks to that stupid mod.
also I feel bad for the Day Z creator, creating all these sales for Bohemia and not getting anything from it.

Now that the sale is nearing to the end, this is starting to feel more like a disappointment. The flash sales and community votes were useless, saints row the third for example went on sale 3 TIMES. Once as daily, once as community and once as flash sale.

THANKS FOR THE INFORMATION BUT I HAVE TO DISAGREE, THIS IS STILL A DISCOUNT AND THERE PROBABLY WON'T BE ANOTHER UNTIL THE WINTER SALE.
But yeah, Arma 2 is really fun on Multiplayer without Day Z I agree.
The funny thing is, before Christmas if I remember, Greenmangaming gave out Arma 2 for free..

I'm happy it was discounted, the only thing that I don't like is that all the attention and sales that are being generated are for Day Z, but then this is also a business, and the mod creator shouldn't expect to generate anything.
