I have not played Ass Creed Brotherhood/Revelations. But 1 and 2 was fun as fuck.
Though I suggest playing 1/2/Brotherhood to fill you in on the story(Unless Revelations fills you in)

My friend tells me it's the best Ass Creed so far(Gameplay). I would suggest buying it if you want to buy Assassins Creed 3.

I want to buy Asscreed 3 but how is the story in Revelations? i loved the story in the first 2.

Sorry, I have not played Brotherhood/Revelations so I can't say. But I'm very curious what impact Revelations/Brotherhood as to the main Ass Creed plot.

If you're intending to skip Brotherhood and jump to Revelations you're not missing out on much.
But I love story so I have them all.

Metro 2033 is very cheap as it is now, and you can try to get it cheaper at your local Gamestop(Got mine for 5€ :v:)
I'm actually considering buying Revelations for the multiplayer as well.
Does anyone play it still?
Also, if you don't mind me asking again is it crucial to play the first games campaigns in order to get the story of Revelations?
The story is good but it feels like mostly filler, honestly skipping straight from AC2 to AC3 wouldn't feel like much of a transition story wise except you wouldn't know where the fuck Desmond is or what happened to Ezio, Altair or a few other characters.
