I should have checked the deal, go for the gold edition of AssCreed with all the DLC. I went straight for the game alone and now regret I didn't check the better deal.
Just bought Half Life Source, mainly for GMod resources, but it could make for an interesting play.
A.R.E.S. is already on sale 75% for $2.49. Should I still wait before buying? I doubt it will go on sale for even less.
The local newspaper had an article about the Steam Summer sales (in the tech section).
I am suprised.
Fuck it, I picked up the AC:R Gold Edition. My money is almost gone already.
Sigh... I wanted Darkness 2 to win so bad
I don't like the Ass Creed games, played the 2nd thought it was meh and 1 was possibly the most boring game this gen I've played. Multiplayer was interesting in Brotherhood though, i'll give them that
I'm actually considering buying Revelations for the multiplayer as well.
Does anyone play it still?
Also, if you don't mind me asking again is it crucial to play the first games campaigns in order to get the story of Revelations?
For a second I though you were talking about Revelations: 2012 so I rated you funny.

It tells the story of Ezio when he's older as far as I know, whereas Assassin's Creed 2 tells the story of how Ezio becomes an Assassin. What happens in brotherhood I have no idea.
Just got myself Half-Life: Source. Woooo no one gives a shit.

Brotherhood is pretty much a direct continuation of AC2.
OH shit, Toy Soldiers is 75% off as part of the flash sale!!
So buying this!!

i'm so happy for you :')
Just got myself Half-Life: Source. Woooo no one gives a shit.
Why do people buy Source over the original? Is it for Gmod content?

I do :3 <3
This is gonna be the closest community vote I think.
All 3 games have been on sale dirt cheap over the past months and there all really good titles. I chose Metro simply because I haven't played it but BioShock 2 & FEAR 3 are both very good games
Well, good thing I start to work next monday, so far I bought the Deus Ex HR bundle, nearly all the Dungeon Defenders dlcs, Payday and Darksiders.
SOMEBODY STOP ME!
Is Toy Soldiers worth buying?
Bioshock 2 is really dissapointing in comparison to 1. My vote goes to Fear 3
Why do people buy Source over the original? Is it for Gmod content?
I bought it for the game itself as well as the gmod content.
Is Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon any good? kinda reminds me of Jet Force Gemini.
Hey, please could someone gift me AC Revelations Gold Edition, but i'd pay them £8 + a CS:GO Beta key. Closed beta is for one more week, so whether you would see it as being worth it.

Why did you buy the deus ex bundle, it didn't go on sale yet
Wasted your money..
Hoping for Bioshock 2 or Metro to win. This one is going to be a close call.
My vote goes to Metro 2033. I've been wanting that game for a while. Bioshock 2 wasn't that great, and FEAR 3... Just no.

Hallowed be thy games,
Thy sale hath come,
Transactions be done,
Give us this day our daily deals,
And forgive us our impatience,
As we forgive ye for taking thy time,
Lead us not into DRM,
and deliver us from EA,
For steam is the kingdom,
Our bodies are ready,
For ever and ever,

Earth Defense Force 2017 was really good but that's Xbox 360 only. Never played the new one.
Bioshock 2 is really dissapointing in comparison to 1.
I think that's definitely a fair thing to say. Let's get one thing straight though: it's definitely not a good game. Far from it.
It is, however, exceedingly fun.

Wasn't it a flash sale?
Is Toy Soldiers worth buying?
I just bought it.
Back when it was released all the people that knew it from the Xbox recommended it.
Plus it costs less than 3 bucks right now.

I guess it's not essential, there'll be backstory you don't know but then the game goes off on a plot of its own that you may or may not feel lost in. You might get a little confused at times, I'd say the previous games are worth it because the single player of 2, Brotherhood and Revelations are roughly equal in quality, and the stories about as good (especially those endings, all of the games have trippy conclusions). Plus the story of Revelations will be a lot more meaningful to you. AC1 gets repetitive easily so if you don't fancy that then I think there's a plot summary at the start of AC2 and you can just look it up online anyway. Hope I've helped.
