It's not [I]that[/I] bad. I actually enjoyed it, though it doesn't really compare to Bioshock 1, it was still pretty good.
Also it has an 88 metacritic score.
I've refreshed it at least 3 times. For me, it's 35%, 31%, and 34% for Metro, F3AR, and Bioshock, respectively. They need more detailed results than percents, apparently.

It said something about manipulation or technical error, nothing about ties. Obviously an exact tie is pretty unlikely.

I bought it there and didn't get a key, had to send in a support ticket. Still it's advertised as $5 so they have to award it to people who buy it at that price on their site, so one way or another, eventually, I'll get the game.
If you guys really wanted Metro for $5 there's really no reason not to at least give that link a try if you're willing to be patient about it.
