Dead Island is worth it IMO. It's lengthy and pretty entertaining. Story is a load of shit though, but gameplay is great

In my opinion, yes.
I was worried about the same thing when it came out but I was pleasantly surprised, there's a lot of good stuff added.
Especially with the Modern Times (not sure of name) DLC.
Looks like another fairly boring day since I have Skyrim, Borderlands and Orcs Must Die. Only remotely interesting thing is Dead Island but I can't get it since no credit card, but this is good, saves my money for the weekdays when my replacement should get here and better games will be on sale.
I thought Oblivion was supposed to get it's price lowered too, not just Skyrim :(

Battlefront 2 is awesome, worth the price.
Tempted with Dead Island but the base game should be at least £5 by now.
You can get the base game on PS3 for like £2 more than todays deal and the GoTY version is £14 on consoles where as it's £12 something on PC

I think he's talking about KOTOR and yes, Knights of the Old Republic is amazing at that price. Keep in mind though, it's an RPG.

KOTOR is damn amazing. I've pumped a ton of hours into the Xbox version back in its prime, and there are tons of mods for the PC version from what I hear, so for $2.50 it's almost an instant pickup in my opinion, it's one of the classics in the Star Wars series right next to Jedi Knight.

I actually played it before.
It was okay at best, the 2K pack does look mighty good though, the only purchases of summer sale I've got so far are company packs.
