Really now? It's nice people are gifting out games and very generous but are the screenshots really required? It just feels as if you're doing it for yourself rather than the person you're giving the game to just to look good.

You do realize, its always the receiver posting the screenshot. Just kinda a way to show appreciation. I didn't gift for the recognition, just to help hook a guy up with an awesome cheap game.

Understandable but this happens way too often, every sale thread there's always a few people that give out gifts to other people on Facepunch and some (I'd like to say rare but I don't know) even ask you to post the screenshot. It's just pretty disconcerting and doesn't feel like they're giving you the game just to be friendly/nice/helpful whatever or because you can't afford it.

I'm not really talking about you in specific, it's just a generalization because the last few pages have been screenshots of receiving gifts.

It's quite boring without friends.
With friends, it's the exact opposite. It does suck if you lack friends without a PC powerful enough. (ie. me)
I wanted to get my friend HL2 for really cheap, but I guess I'll be a nice person even if it's more expensive, does that make me nicer?
Tribes just finished installing.
First impressions are good, it's fast-paced and fun.
I can see me playing this pretty often, around as much as I play Killing Floor maybe.

I wasn't in any way trying to gloat, I was just trying to show people that someone did something very nice, and a picture is a lot easier way of showing it, as text often gets skipped over.

The worst part without friends is travelling across the same barren desert for hours on end by yourself, that alone made too bored to finish solo.
