5 seconds is way too much. How the hell would you manage that? It stays in the air for like 3 seconds if you shoot it straight up.
Also, people should quit posting "achievements" with all the fucking numbers. As mentioned in the Minecraft blog, they won't exist. Try making some up with creativity, and not "chop down 100 trees with a wooden axe."

That's all I could come up with.
I think people are missing the point in achievements. Notch is specifically making "Stats" to go along with achievements to eliminate the boring tedious things that don't really count as challenges, such as "Chop 10,000 wood." Achievements he plans on being challenges and fun discoveries such as "Ride a pig off of a cliff." He said it himself.

The only one I can think of right now-
Appeasement - Knock any mob off of [X] amount of blocks in to lava.
Scavenger pro - pick up stuff from 150 dead players
Inevitability-Die in lava with more than 10 diamonds.
A taste of his own medicine - Use TNT to kill a creeper.
Close Call - Jump into water after being set on fire.
Haystacks are for chumps - Survive a large fall my landing in water.
Wasn't Me - See two mobs fighting.
Dont fear the creeper - Trigger a creeper explosion but avoid damage.
HYPERSPEED - Ride a pig across ice.
Pathfinding? - Lure 5 mobs to their deaths (Fall, lava, ect)
4 Eyes Only - Craft a peice of chainmail armour.
