Should be much better than Vanilla.
Stalker really needs more gasmask variation like in those pictures. They have like 3 models of masks in the game. All old Soviet masks are suddenly on snorks only. Makes no sense.

It does. Nobody isn't an idiot to use those pre-1986 gas masks with useless, outdated or broken filters. However, I do agree, the game needs more gas masks.
I'd rather use a gas mask with asbestos filters than walk through a chemical anomaly without any mask at all.

I know how you feel.
I played the game once, got all the way to X-18 and then died. I go to the load game and realized that my last save was before I talked to Wolf about Nimble.
