Yes. More features and runs about 20-30% faster. Therefore, better.
People need to learn to respect one another work, in the real world you can't run about, for example stealing parts of books cramming them into one big novel and then taking all credit for it. I don't see why so many people on the internet that can do something like modding are so full of themselves. It reminds me alot of the RP servers in gmod where abunch of shit is stolen and incorporated into the gamemodes.

Haha, the first time I played CoP Noah wouldn't stop shooting, so I killed him and his dog. I don't recall him being any harder to kill than anyone else though...
I used around 3 ak mags before i died.

I've been steadily getting better at killing Bloodsuckers in CoP. it's hard to fight them since they go COMPLETELY invisible, but it's getting easier to track them by sound. having Trapper's reward Shotty helps a lot, too. a couple of shots from that and most 'suckers are down for the count.
chimeras, though, I still have trouble fighting without getting killed. not enough places with High Ground with which to snipe, and I don't know many other strategies other than "activate invincibility on trainer and run in shotty a-blazing".
also, I say that the next edition should be "creepy lions" edition. those fucking lions... :gonk:

I never really liked RPGs, the only time I used it was in Red Forest when I shot at a Monolith squad, and when I did it broke after I shot a single rocket. I like grenade launchers more.

The Bulldog (RG-6) in CoP is awesome. I bought one from the trader in Jupiter about half way through my second playthrough and used it all the way to the end. Assuming you don't let something get right up close to you, it destroys everyone and everything. Combined with an AN-94 with accuracy mods or a VSS, and I'm practically unstoppable.

Only in Beta 0.8, I've removed it and am including numerous options for graphical mods (or none) in v1.0.
So, Thorny, how much alive will Pripyat be? Will it be a huge warzone like it was in SoC when Marked One joined the loner crew or will it be more like Limansk, with occasional skirmishes, group patrols and fortifications at certain spots?
I would hope it would be somewhere in the middle, with fights occurring pretty often between factions (especially in free-play) but not so much that it makes it a total clusterfuck.
Yea, a problem in SoC's Pripyat was that when you got in it it was a gigantic clusterfuck of buildings and paths you can't navigate well due to a metric fuckton of anomalies and Monolithian snipers that are sniping from buildings, and to make it worse the field of view in the most places is terrible, which makes it difficult to move cautiosly. In Limansk it was going preety smoothly until you reach the DUGA-3, the only problem with Limansk was that everything was going on too slowly and it felt like it was on rails.
