Now they just need to take all of that, put it in a game based around large scale ArmA 2 style Warfare mode without the processor killing lag and the AI's annoying bullshit and then I'll pay attention.
Till then it's just a tech demo that nobody is benefiting from, just like RealMatter.
Actually, yeah, put RealMatter in that game too, I want to shoot an enemy with a AP round from an Abrams and have it be more than a poof of flame on impact. Not to mention what would happen if you shot someone in the head or the leg with an AT rifle.

Also, ArmA 2 looks good in pictures, not really that much in-game, because once you start moving, the shit LODs on trees and buildings destroy your vision.
And I hope this can support a shitload of AI without dying. And it always annoys me that nights are never pitch-black like they are supposed to be. Instead, they are grey-ish.

You obviously spent too much money on some components (cpu, RAM, psu, case, etc.)
Man that looks amazing. The graphics are incredible and a lot of the scenes were done very well. They managed to recreate some lifelike imaging and wind conditions in a few areas.
I lost it at the dynamic weather. I mean everything else was awesome but that snow... Holy shit. Future of gaming I suppose, I just can't wait for some VR stuff.

I suppose that the LODs can be easily fixed, and I doubt it is an engine limitation.
I think they just are using these as placeholders.
