Well I also managed to miss one, I've got no idea how. I wish they actually showed the votes you participated in so you could keep track instead I'm just putting them all down in Notepad.
There are 30 votes in total throughout the sale but you only need 20.

Okay I think something is broken with it for sure now, I'm quite certain I've voted every time, the only uncertainty being once when it was a little buggy and I wasn't absolutely sure if the vote was actually registering. Even if I don't include that one time, I should at least have the 'vote 15 times' progression with the most recent vote.
I would considering contacting support but given the posts on the past few pages I doubt they'll be much help in regards to this.

I don't remember how many times i've voted, but I suspect it's a lot; more than 5 at least, so my Junior Architect Badge might be due for an upgrade in a coupla votes time.

I don't really expect much in terms of activities but I could be wrong. Those sparks do interest me and make think of MvM but that seems highly optimistic.

Turns out I missed 2 (voted today and got the 'vote 15 times', which I honestly don't think actually happened but as long as it's not 3 and I'm still eligible to get the complete badge I guess I don't care.

yeah it's pretty tedious I agree. the games that don't win the votes go on sale 2 or 3 days later regardless. I'm bored of voting and I'm just waiting to see what will happen this friday at this point

Wouldn't be surprised it's this way either because of Valve busy with DOTA2/CS:GO or just ran out of ideas to do promo stuff. Then again the 2011 holiday sale was kinda bullshit.
