Well I followed all the instructions on the install... and now whenever I try to launch ARMA 2 CO a black window opens up and then just closes and nothing else happens. Anyone have any ideas on how to remedy this? EDIT: This is happening just with CO without all the DayZ files too. Any help?

21 confirmed kills and 5 or so sadistic bleed outs, I feel awful yet satisfied.
Game is starting to be boring. Been doing suicide runs around airfields and cherno / electro killing EVERYTHING in sight. Not even that makes the game any more fun. I guess i'l wait for a update or two to kick in.

Whoever keeps placing barbed wire and tank traps at every possible entrance of a building needs to be killed in a very brutal way...

Theres no point in holing up in one location in this game other than to snipe people in cherno, so all it's ever used for is griefing. I was just killed in the airfield last night because some shithead barb-wired the entrance to the barracks and I got eaten because I couldn't get through. Fuck barb wire.
Okay, I got DayZ to work, but I can't join the FP server. Says two of my files from DayZ aren't matching... any help? I installed all of the files exactly as it says in the first post... so I'm not exactly sure why I'm having any problems.

The lesson to be learned here, is that people who disconnect to avoid danger and people who spam hedgehogs and barbed wire are all state-of-the-art cuntbuckets.

That, along with server-hopping to farm loot, is one of the reasons why I'm beginning to think that persistence across servers is not such a good thing.
