Having a really bad day with dayz. I finally am able to put up my first tent after two days of trying, and store my valuable stuff in it for when I go scavenging in a major city. So I put in my SVD, 8 mags, entrenching tool, toolbox, etc. I head off, and then remember that I should get exact coordinates of my tent, and go back. It's gone, I searched for 15 minutes. Apparently I forgot to press save tent and it despawned in the timespan of 3 minutes of walking. Start heading to Elektro to try to find another one. Someone barricaded the firehouse, so I head farther into town. Zombies keep on aggro'ing onto me even though I am at 0 noise, 0 visibility, and it's pitch black (NVG are one of the few things I didn't put in tent...) and they are 30m away. Have to start shooting, have to eat all of my cooked meat to get my health back up. One of them broke my limb on the first hit, too, so I have to use my only morphine, and one of my only two bandages. And then some kind of fucking spotlight starts shining on me. Turns out that some player has NVGs as well, and some kind of infrared flashlight that only shows up on NVG. He starts kinda signaling on and off, but I don't have a flashlight so I can't signal back I decide that I don't feel like dying tonight too, so I just disconnect. Fuck whatever you guys say, I am not in the mood for dying after all that as well. Now I am sitting outside elektro with 3 1911 mags, an empty M16, 1 bandage, and no food.

Been having some bad luck, what should i do when I'm in spawn

I went to go find water, and saw a survivor who looked to be aiming a pistol at me. I ended up panicking, shot at him, he disconnected. Then I saw you guys at the church and ran around the town to avoid you. Next thing I know, three guys chase me into the forest, break my legs, and kill me. I had been alive for 7 days... Also, screaming "friendly" apparently doesn't do shit.

The rest of my group died, and I was all that was left.

I can't play dayz for over a week now.. there is this bug that says "the server is running an incorrect version of bla blah if you are the server admin contact the dayz dev team" altho I got the newest beta patch and such.. it seems a small group of players have this issue, I use Arma X I think it's that problem and it requires a hotfix since over a week :( just when I started a camp and did put all my stuff into a tent as a test.. suddenly I cant join any server anymore, well this is sad.

Make sure you have the bag in your inventory and it should be on the scroll menu, but it's really glitchy.

raided the hospital on my own with 3000 blood, got myself 5 blood bags, 4 morphine auto injectors, 3 epi-pens and a bandage or two. kept hearing eastern euro voices over the chat but didnt see anyone

If I happen to meet up with some people on the FP server, I'll jump in mumble then. In the mean time, might head down to the coast or explore some more.

This mod is hard when you're being chased by 6 running zombies and you're unarmed. Luckily enough 5 minutes into the first time playing I climb up a tower to get away from them and find a Mp5 with a Magasine. Also I killed my first player, I was sitting there looting and another player came and started looting from the building I was in, I had to do something and I gunned him down. My experience of this mod so far is great, and i'm only 10 minutes in :v:

My first DayZ experience... Spawned Ran around Got eaten Ran away Sneaked around zombies Found some Ammo and a gun and a can of coke(Diet) Hid in a shed until i play again... :v:

I should do a pacifist run. No killing zombies. No killing players. I got killed by a hacker, and our tent full of guns hidden off the map on a low-pop server is finally empty, so I might as well. I feel bad. I died today with an M24 and G17, and was on my way back to my body when I encountered a friendly player. I showed him the way to the army tents (where my body was), he got an M16 and I gave him my M16 ammo. We went through the airbase together, and then when he said he had to go, I got greedy and shot him in the face. I feel bad because his body disappeared before I could loot the M16. Also, I died 1 minute afterwards because a zombie OHKO'd me.
