I've always thought a centralized mumble/voip would be a good idea for FP. Yeah, you'd get some idiots but there could be a process to get admitted in... or something... Can you whitelist people? Like, if you are banned from FP for certain reasons, you're banned from mumble to prevent spammers. I don't know. Sounds like a long and tedious process.
fill em with shit loot sit on hill, wait, snipe
Well, I tried to catch him but whoever owns that tent is getting on at different times than me... Oh well, I switched my Enfield for his AKM (which he had to have put in in the past four or so hours) so it's all good c:
Who the fuck thought tents on the dirt road by elektro was a good idea?
Maybe they thought it was so obvious it would never be found or looked at? hmmmm brb setting up tents in the middle of cherno with a vehicle parked right beside it

There's one A2 CO giveaway on steamgifts and the only thing mentioned in the description is DayZ :v:
Lee "Loudest" Einfield with 50 rounds, 1 hit kill, semi auto only. AKM, 60 rounds, 1-2 hit kills, fullauto or semi auto. Gee I donno.
Enfield > AKM
Enfield > AKM
Said the 3 dead "snipers" on top of Elektro Hospital. And the 2 more dead ones later that same session along the road into Cherno
Who the fuck thought tents on the dirt road by elektro was a good idea?
I got some good loot from that tent, I mean they didn't even hide it.
So the Lee Enfield is definitely my favorite gun. The only thing I can think that would rival it is the FAL, and that's rare as all fuck. Accurate, the sights are wonderful, ammo is everywhere, kills in one or two hits, one-shot-kills zombies from afar, easy to find in any town, and it has such a satisfying sound. No more falling for the temptation of an M16 or an AKM. No more hunting around for a DMR... I just want NVGs, a ghillie suit, and my Lee 'Dinnerbell' Enfield. Still wouldn't mind a 1911 to replace my mak, though. That thing is still as crap as ever...
Is there a way to make a function on Mumble that you can make your own private temporary channel. You make one, you password one and then when you leave it, it removes itself. I'm getting tired of people being in a channel, that arent in our group. It scares me because I always think I'm gonna get sniped.

Unless you tell me a more secure way to do it, it isn't possible.

I think you can make rooms of some sort like that, but I don't know if you can host it like Mumble.
Can you host a Ventrilo channel? I think you can make rooms of some sort like that, but I don't know if you can host it like Mumble.
Ventrilo requires a licenses that costs $1000+, so that isn't possible. I could try Teamspeak.
Ventrilo requires a licenses that costs $1000+, so that isn't possible. I could try Teamspeak.
waitwhat, seriously?
waitwhat, seriously?
To create and host servers as large as what he hosts on mumble already.

Theres gotta be another program built for this kind of stuff.
Theres gotta be another program built for this kind of stuff.
Mumble is perfectly fine.
Oh fucking great, my headphones fuck up in the middle of a field and I aggro a zombie without noticing that he's following me for a whole km. Soon as I stop to drink, he hits me once and breaks my leg. Now I have to fucking crawl to Stary Sobor since Zelenogorsk has no morphine. This is why we fucking need morphine to start off with.
Had to register a new email because of retarded teamspeak license requirements.
Teamspeak's a great program, and they just want to hold on to their right to make money off of people who sell TS servers. I don't think that's a big deal. Mumble is pretty good too, though. It's kinda funny when people make a big deal out of Mumble's codec, though, because Teamspeak uses the same one by default.

I personally prefer Teamspeak, simply because it has a way better interface.
It's even worse when it's someone with no gun, you know they aren't a threat, but you do it just by reflex.
I once killed an unarmed woman with a frag grenade
