It's pretty sad how one DDoS attack can prevent everyone from playing DayZ. Expected more upgrades to server protection by now. I know it's still alpha and all, but there are so many players playing the game regularly right now..

I have the original Arma 2, retail version (not on Steam) will this work if I buy OA on Steam? Hoping it comes up during the summer sales because it seems a bit too pricey just to buy it for a mod that I'm not sure if I'm going to like or not

Why is my beta patch stuck at build 87? Even if I remove my beta folder and reinstall it with the newest 94 build it still shows build 87 in the menu and I can't join any build 94 servers.

If its not showing the correct build, you are not launching the actual beta client.

This guy would've raged about losing his shit afterwards too, it's amazing how many dudes in this game don't stop to think about the situation before they start popping off rounds. the best one I've seen is when some dude with a M16 decided he'd light up a guy who was unarmed (new spawn), the guy dived prone and crawled into building while this retard magdumped the building, then the swarm of zombies came from behind and got him. The newbie got this retard's shit free of effort and I didn't even bother to shoot him and take it because it was poetry in motion.
