DayZ Mod - Crawling Simulator 2012 Dammit rocket what did you break this time? - Games

You know, I am really digging the notion of being a dog. Running around at decent speed being able to bite people and store gear would really help the whole survivor's team up mechanic again. The thought of meeting some random guy as a dog then following him around is actually quite hilarious and I can imagine the antics :v:

Most of the hackers on the FP server are facepunchers. The most recent/obvious hacker was Namaste. [url]http://facepunch.com/members/248294-Namaste[/url] He actually came on the mumble and asked why he was banned, then after I told him he went speechless then left. There was also another guy I forgot the name of.

Bugger. Surrounded by zombies with no gear down in the airstrip by Barota, got no weapons, food or water, just a bunch of ammo I could give to someone if they came over. I'm on top of the tanker by the east(?) wall. The zombies have decreased in numbers, but I'm low on blood, and will probably start bleeding, but I've got no bandages so I'll probably end up bleeding to death if I make a run for it. I see a goat. Nevermind, managed to make it out okay but I'm not sure where to go from here.

what the hell? why is it every time I log back in I get shock timer, I know I had that little symbol come up and then the first time I logged back in it was supposed to happen, but now its my 3rd try without the symbol and it just keeps happening.

Found an alice pack in a grocery store ! However, I'm starting to starve to death and I don't have any food supply. How much time does it takes for a grocery to replenish itself ?

I'm thinking about buying CO to play DayZ, or should I just wait for Arma3/standalone DayZ?

I find it incredibly hard to get started, and incredibly lonely as all my friends are nocturnal so I've kinda just been wandering round in the wilderness :( Also will lag make a big difference for me considering the Facepunch server is US and I'm from EU?

I thought itd be a bit less simple than that.

Does it matter though? I can play WoW with 600 Ping and Battlefield with 100 Ping and hardly notice it, but other games like CS:S 120 Ping makes all the difference - Basically is Ping a key factor to gameplay?

I've had no trouble so far, and I am in Europe as well.

whoever died in stary at the tents, i'm sorry for your loss but i'm thankful for the 8 gazillion STANAG mags you were carrying
