A survivor was holed up in the back of the store with broken legs, so I went ahead and gave him a shot of morphine. Then he shot me in the neck. Thanks to the FP guy who cleared the little military camp near Balota so I could get access to the deer stands. I didn't have a gun but I do now.

Found a Lee Enfield and revolver in the same room after 30 minutes from respawning, sweet. 3 minutes later, found a Makarov PM...good start so far.

What do you guys think about the Yogscast playing DayZ? There are an awful lot of people complaining about their playthrough because they're on a private server and they gave themselves guns to start with (and obviously a lot of Yogscast fanboys defend their 'right' to play it how they want). I can't help but think that a lot of new people are going to start playing it after they saw the video and realise it's nothing like what they saw. Found a winchester but died shortly after. My best luck so far with loot is raiding balota airfield or the outskirts of cherno.
