What IS the L85A2 RIS? I have the L85A2 AWS which is the L85A2 with Nightvision&Thermal Scope, have never seen the RIS.

Ran all the way around stary and nw to see if I can find a crashed helicopter. No helicopter was found.

Died today at the NW by beeing bored and not carefuly, had NVG and all gear you could wish for.. but all I ever wanted was an m107.

The most efficient would be patches (they're mostly binary anyway).

I made a friend on the coastline and spent an hour running around the map running from zombies and looking for supplies with him (mostly for him as he'd spent a while running about whereas I'd just created a new character). We came across a couple of barns and end up getting jumped while he's eating and drinking. Then when I run out of ammo for the enfield I found in the first barn he jumps in front of the largest crowd of zombies and tells me to run as he's pulled to the ground and eaten alive by the undead.

RIP Ewan. You were the first friend I made in DayZ ;_;

Was at NW airfield earlier, got a coyote pack from barracks then looted FN FAL with NV scope + ammo from a heli, afterwards I ran down towards stary sobar killed 2 guys looting the tents, then killed someone shortly after that had an m9sd, L85A2 nv scope, map, gps, nvgs, range finders and plenty of ammo. Wish I coulda taken his ghillie suit, though. :(

Sure, an MP5 will protect you from zombies and the occasional bandit, but a sniper rifle is the best offensive weapon for taking out people in this game; unnoticed and away from danger.

Sorry that M107 was lost in the server switch. Sounds like plenty of people are willing to trade one though.

just reconnect, if you are still there then you have to either walk out (a long way) or respawn
