I've been playing for a few days now and I haven't found anything more than minor amounts of canned food and drinks. I've followed maps online but I can't find any weapons or vehicles. Is there some sort of secret?

Does anyone have any spare morphine up near the NW airfield, I am friendly and I am willing to trade ammo/food water also is anyone else getting stuck trying to join US133?
