Well it turns out I'm infected. What should I do? I've raided a hospital and a few churches and couldn't find any antibiotics.

You ought to be able to find a supply box with antibiotics in it pretty easily in hospitals.

Hi, I just bought OA and I can't currently get it to work, it starts it but then goes exits and says Error compiling pixel shader PSSspecular alpha:0 OA? Do you guys have any idea how to fix it? I'm sorry if this is the wrong thread.

To run DayZ, you need to run CO.
