Alright so, I'm making my last stand at Green Mountain with a Lee Enfield, unless you tell me you have antibiotics or you are friendly, I would not go there.

What are you guys talking about getting infected? Temperature is broken isn't it?

So I bought ArmA 2 Operation Arrowhead today so I finally installed DayZ. Spent the last 7 hours playing (Didn't even realize, wow.) Pretty good adventure so far, I have yet to die. Nothing truly exciting has occurred yet. Just North east of Elektro I met my first companion, however I couldn't get him to reply through mic or text. At the time I had no weapons and he only seemed to have a crossbow, but we managed to sneak our way into Elektro and eventually I came across an M1911. Now that I was armed with a weapon, he emptied his bag of all M1911 mags and handed them to me. I would've said thanks if I knew he'd reply. So from that point it was just a matter of looting and gathering more supplies, however at one point I spotted the dead body of a survivor and I took the risk of looting it. No luck. I didn't find anything of value and I couldn't find where my friend had ran off to. Alone and scared in a PvP area armed with just an M1911, I panicked and ran out of Elektro, surprisingly with no zombies on my tail. On the way out, I picked up a hatchet which I later used to murder a sheep on a hillside, as well as kill a few zombies that saw me on unexpected occasions. So here I am, double-barreled shotgun with plenty of ammo, M1911 with 7 mags and plenty of food and water sitting in a tower in Cherno. I think it's time to get on the Facepunch server.

So I was at Balota, found my first ghillie suit, go excited and went on exploring, some zombie attacked me and broke my legs. So I actually CRAWLED all the way from Balota to Cherno (what has this game even done to me), searched every damned building and the hospital, found no morphine.
