Fortunately, 2 friends of mine were pretty close by and sneaked to my last location, saw them and killed all 3. One of them literally begged them to stop shooting. Just because they ask you to not shoot, doesn't mean they're innocent. It's probably likely the guy was bullshitting too, or he was a friend of the bandit and would have just taken his friend's old gun and shot our protaganist here in the back.

I had just respawned and started booking it towards the forest and mountains to try and make to to stary sobyr, I had a guy come up beside me and open fire on me even though I was completely unarmed and told him not to fire. My friend was off in the distance gutting a cow ran back and opened fire on him, breaking his legs and knocking him out. When he woke back up he begged not to be shot. 2 rounds to the back of the head for the bastard.

Two people in ghillie suits came into a church. One shot me making me fall unconsciousness and another came and chopped me to death :(

So apparently some people can communicate over side channel and group chat, but others cant? I was having a terrible problem of some guy constantly spamming static over his mic in the Group channel, muting him didn't do anything, so I had to switch off my voice comms.

Wait, is the voip for side still active?

This has been my best day of dayz so far, playing in a duo group with my friend.
