I was down to around 6k blood so I did some hunting and scavenging. Eating extra cans of food and cooking up meat brought me back to full health. As long as you have a hatchet, matches, and a hunting knife, this way's more practical, faster, and safer.

I think being murdered in cold blood despite stating my friendly intentions fucking sucks, but never the less, it is part of the game, and a huge part of what makes it all so interesting. People who hunt players for the sport of it are assholes, but in this game, assholes are just as acceptable and vital to keeping the game interesting as any other players. Either way, I'll keep my ROE defensive. I only shoot to kill if my life is at stake. Probably would've been a whole lot easier to just gather five well-equipped players and start shooting, in my opinion it's quite an advantage to know where they'll be sniping beforehand, so you know which areas to avoid, or trespass with caution. I had several (Most of which are recent) encounters with armed survivors resulting in us either splitting ways, or watching each others' backs for a while. I may just be naive, but I know that calling out "Friendly!" has saved my ass from time to time.

I joined a server right under a sniper, wasn't sure he was there until he started running around looking for me after I started making noise. So i decided to call out to him, he responded with "nigga suck my dick nigga" so I was like there goes the whole "friendly?" conversation. Then he asked me to come up the ladder if I was friendly, yeah that sounded legit.

Everyone should get on the mumble so we can all meet up on US133, i'm on there now and looking for some more people to group with.

I just had a wonderful encounter on a random EU server. :v: Having acquired some basic firepower, food, and drink by checking out a few buildings in Elektrozavodsk, I decided to try my luck at the power plant north of the city. I snuck around, and managed to reach the firestation without alarming any zeds. I heard gunfire, and promptly shat myself and pointed my rifle at the door. After about a minute of intensely staring at the door, I went up the tower, and to my surprise, another survivor peeped at me from the ladder. It took all my self-restraint to not shoot him square in the face out of pure shock, but we exchanged dances of friendliness, and I gave him my Enfield, which I'd swapped for a Remington I found in the tower. We hear continuous Winchester fire, and decide to get the hell out of there. As I try to slide under a broken fence, I clip into a transformer station or something and break every bone in my body. None of us have medical supplies, so I cram down every bit of canned goods I have, while he tries to get to the hospital for blood bags and morphine. Soon after he leaves, a zombie, which I barely managed to shoot with my M1911, tumbled down on me and knocked me unconscious. More zeds approached, and just as they were about to have me for dinner, who should come to my rescue, but the very guy who was about to risk his life to save mine. He must've heard the gunshots I fired, but alas, I bled out, the server rebooted, and all was lost.

Is anyone near the town/village just south of Berezino that wants to meet up?
