I don't know about anybody else, but I have the most fun when I start a life. I mean, I currently have an AKM, 5 mags, plenty of meat, several water bottles, GPS, Map, Hatchet, Matches, Knife. I have enough bandages, morphine and painkillers for a long time. I mean, I have a few options. 1. Go survive in the wilderness, with basically 0 danger. Hunting for food, refilling water in ponds. 2. Go to a dangerous area to get items that I don't even need 3. Become a bandit and kill people for fun until I die

Goodness. I was playing with Aapio just a few minutes ago. We'd gotten an ATV up and running and had decided to make a raid at the factory near Polana for some engine parts we'd seen earlier. We got there and I sent him in alone so I could watch over him with my NV scope. He spent a few minutes rummaging around. He ended up finding the engine parts as well as another jerry can and a spare tire. I told him I would come in and help him carry stuff out, so I started making my way down the hill. That was when it happened. Some crazy son of a bitch went running across the road right in front of me with a hatchet over his shoulder. He had to have known there was somebody in there because we'd tossed a few flares to speed the process up. I panicked a little bit and told Aapio I was going to shoot him. I took a few shots with my Bizon and got him bleeding, but he was still up and running around. Zombies were starting to swarm so I took cover in a shed where I thought Aapio was waiting. Turns out he was in the main building. While I was asking him where he was, he gave me some of the most horrifying news I've ever heard in Day Z. The axe murderer was chasing me. I had no idea he was anywhere near me, but as soon as he said that I saw him next to me. I spotted Aapio in the main building and took off for him. Aapio took a few shots at the axe murderer and took his legs out. He told me to keep coming but with the adrenaline flowing, I decided to turn around and finish him off. A few quick shots and it was done. And there I had it, my first murder on a character that's been alive for ten days. After that we finished off the zombies and headed back to our ride, a few parts richer. The best part is that Aapio happened to be recording at the time. I'll be on him to get the footage on Youtube in the next few days.

So is the latest hotfix stable? And what happens to my hatchet when I next log on? Does it just disappear from my inventory, or does it magically disintegrate my primary and replace it?

Heads up, some dick on the FP server around Kamyshovo is camping for new players. More so around the curve of the road.

Looks like a really neat concept for ARMA.

Find hatchet, sacrifice some animals for the great hatchet gods, backpack fulla raw meat, go to cherno, find matches in supermarket, that one exact lootpile is bugged and won't let me pick em up why dayz

Oh come on, one of you has to be on the NW airfield on 133 that can help me!
