DayZ Mod - Crawling Simulator 2012 Dammit rocket what did you break this time? - Games

My friend and I finally had it made (again), even found a GPS. Then some asshole with a silenced something silenced us. Such has been our life in DayZ.

Why is it that Armoury has such a limited server capacity? Surely there's a way of hosting a larger game?

I wish combined ops would go on sale for something like $15. I just don't want to pay $30 for a mod and a combat simulator I would probably get bored with easily. I mean I have seen the CHKillRoy videos and it looks really fun if you are in an organized group, but I heard most servers are not like that at all.

What does it mean when we get a "no entry bin"? Does that mean someone is near us, or just someone joined who has a weird gun?

It's playable up to like 250 ping, seriously.

Well, since it's too dark to take a screenshot, I'll just happily say that my friends and I found a V3S civilian truck just west of Vybor, parked right outside the gas station, with an MP5A5 and an AK-74 Kobra in it, in perfect condition. Now we have a UAZ, a Hilux off-road pickup, and a V3S truck in our camp. Also, question for those who know... do cars store stuff in them after a server restart? I lost a god damn M107 and important loot because of this, I think, but it's confusing because tents still contain all loot after a restart.

Either way I'm sure it does because the server reset with my group's car and there was still stuff in it afterwards.

A couple of dayz ago I decided to go play DayZ with a friend. Didn't find any good loot. Got shot by a sniper and died. But if FP is gonna go on a server with a bigger posse, then I'm all in. Because I doubt those random bandits are too keen on attacking big groups.

Just got my hands on FN FAL yay. Now to make it not rare

On NY14, either all our stuff got stolen but they left the cars, or the 12 hour scheduled reset fucks with cars, because we lost literally everything we had put in our cars, but the tent we had was fine.

Because I doubt those random bandits are too keen on attacking big groups.[/QUOTE] From what I know from last night before I left, there were about 11/12 of us all trying to group up, then of course we seperated because we split into three different groups, one to meet up with a guy near berezino gas station, the other to meet with a guy in Solnichniy and the other looking over the town at some other guys in Berezino (they were FP'ers as well). Then of course we stayed seperated when HIVE shat itself, but yeah so far there should be around 12 of us. What me and Poison like doing is taking small groups on hunting trips to find crashed heli's, that way we arm all of our group with Bisons, FN FALs, M107s and all sorts of stuff. People are welcome to join up with us, just get on the mumble and we'll talk details (of course when everyone's on, but you can still meet up if only a few are on)

Got myself an M1somethingorother, yay. Also it dawned on me today that I've never killed anyone, so I tried killing someone with an axe. 8 chops and a short chase later with me messily finishing him off on the floor, I felt terrible and shan't be doing it again.
