Alright, nevermind, my friend's all good.

Woo, got patched up, so now I just need to get a tent and I can go live the sweet hermit life, living off of water and cowmeat.

I almost died accidentally vaulting into a house whilst climbing the stairs. I broke my bones, needed painkillers and was bleeding. Luckily after shutting down the game and booting it up again I was up on the floor of the building and could be revived by my teammates. That shit fucking scared the crap out of me. Been alive four days and counting, but have yet to find a tent, a vehicle, an GPS or anything remotely rare.

First serious game of DayZ played today, pretty intense. Started near Cherno, said "fuck that" with nothing but my M1191. Fast forward a few hours later and going more inland, I completely stop hearing all gunshots. haven't seen a player. Managed to get a hatchet, a shotgun, ammo for my M1191, I have about 6 pieces of meat (still need to find matches), and finally ran into a canteen. I'm all set to survive, though walking through forests can get kinda lonesome. I decide to follow a road and I just passed a sign, saying I have about 5km to go till I get to Zelenogorsk. At least I think. I passed a dam on the road, but I don't see it on the dayz map.

Friend with my bike gets killed at Rog, go to Rog to kill bandit and secure bike, start clearing area and going up to the tower to look around the area suddenly the massive faggot logs on behind me and empties my friends shotgun in my back rocket needs to do something about this I had a ghillie suit as well, hell just about everything you'll need except NVGs, Luckily my friend had aquired a lee enfield and legged it back to the castle just in time to kill the cunt, I got my stuff back although I'm still bummed about losing the ghillie suit

Later I had our first offroad car trying to flip it back up, it worked.. sort of, when I got back on it after the fix flip it blew up and I went unconscious for about 5 minutes or so. :( I got a video of the whole ordeal plus more, but it's two hours long so that's going to take some time to finish up.
