Holy shit. I just glitched into a large rock by a lake, unable to move anywhere. I tried rejoining, didn't fix it. In the end, I escaped by spamming the vault button until I gently dumped into the water like a graceful swan, which put me into shock, by the way. I swam to the shore of the lake, only to discover I'd lost my entire inventory. After about ten minutes of trying to crawl in water, I had regained all my belongings. While checking if indeed, I had gotten everything back, I heard a .45ACP pistol go off somewhere behond me and I legged it. I hate this game sometimes. :v:

Apparently they half wiped everything, some have their stuff and some do not.

Damn, just went to look for loot near the NE Airfield. I heard multiple gunshots, so I positioned myself between two pinetrees on the other side of the runway. I had a nice view, so I scouted the place out with my binoculars, confident that I was as good as invisible in my cozy spot. Suddenly, a survivor runs around the ATC. He's far away, and busy being chased by zombies, but somehow it feels like he's looking straight at me. I raise my CZ550, lining up my shot, but then the questions hit me. Did he really see me? Either way, how do I know if he's friendly or not? There was someone at the door, so I had to AFK for a minute or so. Naturally, when I came back, he was long gone, but I'm glad I disn't shoot him.

Am I the only one stuck on waiting for host?

Wow. Just fuck this game. I was fully decked out with EVERY tool, an ALICE pack, TONS of food and drink, plenty of medical supplies, plenty of ammo for my revolver and Enfield, and full blood. Then out of fucking nowhere a zombie comes FLYING at me and breaks my leg in one hit. I bleed out and die right there. RIGHT NEXT TO A FUCKING WORKING HELICOPTER. Taking the plunge and buying combined operations! I'll hopefully be with you guys soon.

It's worth it. It's hard at first, and I recommend that you do the bootcamp and some offline stuff to get used to the controls and shit before you come online.

yah, if its your first time playing arma, do the boot camp and maybe a few campaign missions or scenarios so you can get a feel for the controls.

I don't have mumble, I've never used it either. Can you set your mic to be push to talk rather than always on?
