sop I was starting to make a legit fort and I realized that I made it into a mountain (with natural slopes all over) so it's kind of tuff to fortify the entire entrence.

It is a bug. This will be fixed in next patch

I thought it was them ripping each others clothes off.
I thought it was them ripping each others clothes off.
It is, but the bug is that they won't pick it back up. So after 10 years of 30 dwarfs training your entire room is going to consist of naked dwarfs with clothes all over the place.
Is it possable to build retractable bridges over a bottomless pit and put refuse pile on it so when it gets full you pull a lever and the refuse falls?

Should be.
That's the last time I bother to try and stage a rescue of a human caravan at my depot.
Lost 4 civilians and 3 champions fighting off the whole damn thing. Didn't even get to use my ballistas because the goblins got distracted fighting humies at the entrance.

Add a bridge in front of the depot, so they can't get in.
I was making preparations for just that right when the attack happened.
All the dwarfs are asleep while the animals are holding a meeting at the meeting hall. :v:
What are kenels used for?
Training animals.
Does anybody here build walls/floors?
Does anybody here build walls/floors?
I do walls, with floors though, you can't build on top of them.
Does anybody here build walls/floors?
Yes.

Yes you can, otherwise aboveground construction would be impossible. You just can't build walls on floors.
I'll just close my gate kthxbai
