If it gets to Mario Vs Link, Mario is going to win the same way Mario won vs Samus. If it gets to Mario Vs Freeman, Mario and Freeman are both going to have one heck of a fight.

tbh this tournament was poorly designed. Just because one person lost to another doesn't mean they're out of the whole competition. Tournaments are much more complicated.
