Ah. War in Krtya stuff is pretty easy once you realize that a panic mesmer rips the snot out of 90% of the 'hard' mobs because they are almost exclusively casters, and are pretty easy to ball up. Spirit way also does a good job because it nicely supplements the mere 2 henchies you can bring for most of it.
Which reminds me. I'm pushing 3 more characters through these quests since oppressor weapons are going for 100,000 a hit fairly quickly. If anyone wants a hand with them let me know. For BLA I will be a bit picky about skill composition because I simply cannot carry people through that on characters without runed out heroes.
Also. Infusion is mandatory. I'll help get people infused, but I will not do WiK stuff, let alone BLA, with people who are not infused.

And Elite luxon (For monk) Is:
10 Parchment
350 Bolts of Cloth
40 Vials of Ink
80 Jadite Shards
75k gold
For just the chest piece it's:
150 Bolts of cloth 15x150=2250
15 Vials of ink 15x370=5550
30 Jadite Shards 30x950=28500
15k gold 15000x1=15000
2250+5550+18500+15000= 51.6k for the chestpiece.
Which is chumpchange compared to the kurzick one, it's over 80k just for the chest.
Thats a shit load of money since my only main source of income is from doing Zaishen missions everyday.
Try vanquishing as well, you get money quite fast while working on a title.
