no, games are made on a pc, thus run better on a pc unless made for console, consols also suffer greatly because pc can be upgraded where a console cannot.

I'm getting it for the 360 because I like playing on it and while this game doesn't have local multiplayer, several do. Also, Even though I have an ostensibly ok rig, most 09 games run like shit while my 360 is silky smooth.
If you can run Valves L4D then you can run borderlands since Valve always keeps to slightly modern graphics.
L4D runs on a sorta updated version of an engine from 2004

What makes a console exclusive different from a game made for consoles and ported to PC?
The fact being that if it is exclusive it will be optimized for a console and not even work well on pc IF they decide later to port it.
IF it was made to be on both systems then it will work well on both, but better on pc.
always get it for PC over console if you have a decent PC
