Hoping they announce the client download soon i'm worried that my internet will turn to shite once i start downloading it.

So my friend didn't preorder but he played the cbt. Do you think he will be able to play with the client he has? He wants to wait to see if it releases on steam..i doubt it will.

My current .dat file is about 11.5gb

going to laugh when you guys have to re-download the client.

I know you guys are looking at Yaks Bend but I'm going to roll on Sorrow's Furnace. Its the server /vg/ is playing on. Although nothing is wrong with two gaming communities on the same server.

I'll be using a guardian or warrior, trying them both in the beta. I like the idea of sword/shield being helpful to everyone and stuff, but I also like the idea of attacking everything I see with a giant great sword as a warrior.

I'm trying Norn, to see if it changes my mind at all.

Human Engineer Techpriest all the way. Praise the Omnissiah. Really hope there are medium armor robes.

I'm going to roll engineer with a blunderbuss, or a pistol + Shield combo.

The #1 reason Im most excited for this game is the "new MMO" feeling I get whenever I play a new game. Just being dropped in a world that I have absolutely no clue about whats going on is just a tottaly awesome experience for me. Fuck I need to go listen to some old MMO nostalgia music

I preordered 2ish days ago and still haven't gotten any e-mails regarding early access or the pre-order beta. Is this normal?
