Same, almost 4 am over here, I tried to record some stuff but it was pure chaos with all those particle effects killing my fps.
The last minutes were amazing, a group of 20 people sleep/sit jumping while a guy spammed 21 jump street in the chat.
Good ol' memories.
I'm so sad now. :(
Great weekend though. Can't wait for the next BWE and eventual release.

Heres a bit of the event I captured in Fraps. Didnt really know what was going on so I couldnt get all of it. I just followed around a group.
I have some 400GB of footage from this weekend, including some footage from tonight's ending event (even if I only managed 8FPS during the fight against the white rabbit, with or without fraps running).
Only one video done so far though, most all videos will be 1080p except for my video of Lion's Arch but eh.
First up is the Shadow Behemoth world boss that I just happened upon while doing an area quest there.

I never got to participate in the final event, had to go to school...
Would really appreciate if anyone here could upload what happened, just to see how they finished this amazing weekend.
The thing i remember the most is that Green World ( Ring of Fire) got pretty much owned by red, and blue was the last one to stand.
Nothing particular interesting. It wasn't a final beta event per se, they just sort of given us a try at a dynamic event on a larger scale. Go around the zone killing mobs
We were utterly raped yesterday, but we dominated on Friday though.

Yes there is a vendor in the Mists that gives you all the other pvp-tier weapons for free

I am pretty sure I will at least put as much hours into Guild Wars 2 as I have put in Guild Wars 1.

But you could use any weapon.
There was a weapon merchant that sold PvP weapons for free
Okay, my impressions:
I started out as a human guardian. It was pretty fun. The greatswords skills were perfectly animatied, and the hammer skills were good for support and all around fun (banish).
World versus World was also amazing. Incredibly fun to lay siege to a tower, keep or castle an rush in with the rest of your team in the back and slaughter everything.
I also got a small test of the Engineer, and I have to say, his skills are even better. From rocket boots to personal battering rams (:v:), It's impossible to not have a good time playing the engineer. The turrets were also pretty useful, as you could place them on the walls in WvWvW and bombard the enemy with rockets.
Oh, and I had a good time playing with you, Thrice. T'was fun.

this is probably a stupid question but do we have any idea of the release date yet?
I've pre purchased the game and played a little bit of the beta but I don't have much free time on the weekends sadly so I won't get to do all that much in it.
I'm also going to assume that the beta stuff will all be completely reset once it's over and everything gets wiped right?
