I [I]only[/I] had to do a fresh install of windows 7 to get the gw2 loader to work. only. Chugging along at a steady 1.5-2mb/s now though, so I don't even care.

I haven't received any new patch data to my launcher. Was a new one released or something?

No, it's just more people have gotten the game and are downloading it for the first time. They did release a small patch though but it was only a few mb.

Either way, I think buying stuff like that is dumb. Same technology as the rest of their products, but more expensive because it has a logo.

You might press the top three, but they're more painful to press as you go down.

Indeed. Put your hand on your mouse, and try to simulate proportionally where the buttons are. It's painful thinking about it.

I think they added modifiers, like Ctrl+1, and Ctrl+2. I have never found that I needed more than two extra buttons (Ctrl and Alt/Shift) on my mouse.
