I tried to have a reasonable discussion with someone as to why i believe the PvP in guild wars 2 is better than that of WoW. The conversation went more or less like this me: Gear based PvP is an outdated model and makes the PvP in WoW based off of time invested and less on skill, which i don't think any game should be that way. him: GW1 was shit so GW2 will be just as bad me: they're literally completely different gameplay wise, GW2 is far more comparable to WoW than the first GW him: if i want to spend 400 hours getting gear so that i can beat other people then i'll do that, that's why the PvP in GW2 will suck me: you can play WvW in guild wars 2 where gear will make a difference if you really care that much. there's also a structured PvP gamemode where it's based off of someone's skill with their class and not the gear, as everyone gets the best gear for their class right off the bat. him: i want people to know i invested hundreds of hours of my time into PvP when i beat them. if everyone gets the same gear they won't know that, that's so fucking dumb me: there's gear which you can get if you PvP a lot using glory points which looks much different than the base PvP gear but has the same stats him: yeah well WoW has 10 million subscribers and GW2 will just die as soon as it's released WoW is better fuck you *logoff* why did i even bother

Playing everything solo is easy with heroes, and you can only get heroes in Nightfall and Eye of the North.

upload one of the pictures (like a dropbox link to the actual file, not rehosting) and I'll tell you if there's any information in the image though I think it's all just padding to take up the space they'd reserve for the last beta update, so there isn't a massive change in how much space the gamefiles are taking up.
